Community Development and Housing Survey

The City of Madison and County of Dane receive federal funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that help them provide programs to strengthen neighborhoods, create and preserve affordable housing, and promote fair housing choice for lower-income households. To receive these funds, the City and County are required to prepare a Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) for the community's housing and community development goals for the next five years.
