IMPACT is a place to share stories with sponsors, partners, city leaders, and other library supporters, but also for the Library to share with the public and promote more prominently.

The Madison Writing Assistance program, run through UW Madison Writing Center, partners with the Madison Public Library to offer writing assistance to residents of all ages in the Madison community. Due to COVID-19 adapted to offer their services online and via phone.

Adjusting Making Justice in the time of COVID has meant learning a lot, but teen librarian Jesse Vieau has been leading the charge. The focus on relationships as well as the sense of safety, ownership, and voice has always been the focus on Bubbler programming for teens. It has been nice to know we can all still “make it work” when so much has changed around us.
