Outerlibrary loan (OLL) is a borrowing privilege available to residents of Adams, Columbia, Dane, Green, Portage, Sauk, and Wood County, who have a full-use (not virtual or Easy Access) library card.

- OLL items still incur overdue fines of $1.00/day
