Chair Yoga

Have you ever wondered if yoga is right for you? Join yoga instructor Sarah Dimick this December at Alicia Ashman Library to try it out. Dimick will hold three Thursday sessions of Chair Yoga on December 7, 14, and 21 from 10:30-11:15AM. This will be safe and accessible yoga for all ages and all bodies. Poses are done on the chair or while standing, so there's no need to get on the ground. Chair yoga is a great way to relieve stress, soothe sore muscles, and find greater ease of movement. No experience required!

This program will be offered in three sessions. Attend one or attend them all:

Space is limited to 20 participants per session and registration is required. Registration for all three dates will open Wednesday, November 22 at 10AM. Click the links above to register.


About the Presenter

Sarah Dimick is a licensed school psychologist and certified children's, adult, and senior yoga instructor with extensive experience leading various levels of movement classes. She is also co-owner of Zen Ed, a women-owned wellness and education business.
